Over the past five decades, your local Mental Health & Recovery Services Board has responded to community needs by establishing a system of care which provides “Help Close to Home.” According to Ohio Law, the Board is responsible for seeing that public mental health and alcohol/drug recovery services are available to the residents of Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble & Perry Counties. The Board of Directors is made up of 14 local volunteer citizens who are appointed by either the County Commissioners or the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services.
