The goals of the program are to provide safe and sober transitional housing, while the resident becomes independent and well. Residents must be actively working a recovery program at Guernsey Health Choices. Entry into the house is based on many factors, such as referral from court, a helping organization, counselor, or self-referral. Once application is submitted, an interview will be conducted to determine eligibility.
