Crawford County OH Drug & Alcohol Prevention Programs. Marion-Crawford Prevention Programs (MCPP) is an Ohio certified non-profit organization funded in part by the Crawford-Marion ADAMH Board. MCPP is a primary prevention agency that provides prevention programming to Marion and Crawford counties. Our foremost target audience for programming is middle school and high school aged youth. Prime for Life is an evidence based risk reduction program for students who have violated their school’s substance abuse policy in their student code of conduct or athletic code. During the course, students will not only learn the risks associated with alcohol and drug use, but will learn how to reduce their risk for experiencing problems related to alcohol and drug use.
